Wallscaping (creative use of colour)
This is our original method of using colour to create balanced & harmonious spaces
create or enhance zoning in open floor spaces,
establish or enhance a focal point in a room,
harmonize proportions of the space,
create or enhance symmetry and balance between architecture, furnishings, accessories and art
create a unique look and feel in a space
Wallscaping is a simple and effective method for fixing common decorating & design challenges
double height or slanted ceilings,
oddly shaped rooms,
nooks,
half walls, etc.
faux architectural details
Wainscotting, panelling and crown moulding are but a few examples of architectural details that can be painted on walls. It could be a really smart and effective way to decorate a room within the scope of a painting project.
This glam nook in a master bedroom features painted crown moulding, finished in gloss to match baseboards and door casings. Along with flat green on the walls of the wardrobe nook, it creates a simple yet striking look.
The beauty of using paint and colour is endless customization. We can create a custom layout that would be perfectly proportional to your room or a wall. This removes a restriction of using certain wood materials and profiles. Using paint you can also achieve a stunning wrap-around effect in the room where the panel line includes doors too, making a room feel larger.
